Find Your Sense Of Balance- Work On It

??? ?? ?? ???? ??, so we need to keep all worries aside and focus on what is important. Of course work is :P but we are talking about health & family.


Here are 5 ways you can manage anxiety, boost productivity & connect with others.


  1. Set a timer on your phone for regular movement breaks.?

60 minutes of work earns you a 5-minute break; 30 minutes of ticking off tasks gets you a 2-minute breather. Whatever works best for you. Just be true to it for your own good; stretch, drink water, take a walk, grab a bite; just set your work to the side and move around.


  1. Focus on physical, mental & emotional well-being

Yes, the focus is on too many things but your focus should be on yourself & your family.?


Self-care & recreation are crucial to your well-being. Small things like a comforting bath, a pedicure, going for a walk, cooking a fun meal, working from a different location, meditation or binge-watching can make a lot of difference


  1. Understand your mental health needs

You know better what is bothering you. Get inside your head, and work around it. Seek help, just don’t let the pressure get to you.


A good place to start is to find some quiet time to reflect on how you’re feeling. Ask yourself?

  • Have you been more irritable with situations or people around you??
  • Have you been less interested in activities you usually like?
  • Have you found it difficult to concentrate??
  • Have you felt overwhelmed like there is too much to do?
  • Have you been able to get enough time to yourself to relax??


Find your sweet spot- what can help you overcome this anxiety? Find your zen.


  1. Practice mindfulness or breathing exercises

Being mindful is about being fully present & aware of where you are & what you’re doing. It’s something that anyone can do & can be a great first step when discovering how to stay healthy during.


Let’s start right now. It’ll take just 1 minute.


Sit down & focus on your breath. Notice the air going in & out of your nostrils as your chest rises and falls. If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to focus on your breathing.?

Okay so an in-person meet-up is not always possible, but it shouldn’t stop us to stay in touch with our mates- SMS (we ace it), Messenger, WhatsApp, FaceTime, or getting on a good ol’ fashioned phone call.?
