Today, we’re focusing on the first cornerstone: the Purpose Compass (or as I like to call it, your Clarity Navigator). This is where your career aspirations begin to align with your day-to-day actions.

Reflect and Gain Insight

Before making any strategic moves, it’s crucial to take a step back and reflect. Ask yourself: What am I most confident about in my life right now? and Where do I feel uncertain or in need of direction? These questions are more than just reflections—they are the foundation of your clarity journey. By understanding where you stand, you can begin to align your career path with your true self.

Define What Truly Matters

Next, consider your core values. What matters most to you at this stage of your life? Are you living in alignment with these values, or are there areas where you feel a disconnect? This step helps you identify any friction between your personal beliefs and your professional goals, allowing you to make adjustments that bring harmony to both.

What drives your success? If you were mentoring someone, how would you articulate what makes you effective? 2. Interactions: Choose three words that guide how you engage and treat others.
3. Success Markers: Select three words that remind you of what has brought you success and will continue to do so.
