1.?????Identify your goals: Before you start looking for a mentor, it's important to have a clear understanding of your career goals. What do you want to achieve? What skills do you need to develop??
2.?????Build a relationship: Once you have identified someone you would like to be your mentor, start building a relationship with them. Ask them to be your mentor and tell them why they would be a good fit to be your mentor. Connect with them on LinkedIn and schedule regular calls and/or lunches with them.?
3.?????Be respectful of their time: Remember that your mentor is likely very busy and has many other responsibilities. Be respectful of their time. Make sure that you are prepared for your meetings. Always write specific questions and have clear goals that you would like to accomplish in mind.???
