Find Those Who Help You Along Your Way

Finding someone to help you along your way is probably one of the most underrated strategies in your business/ life. Having friends that raise you up and help you work through the hard parts in your journey will make all the difference.

At the beginning of the year, Michael Hudson and I decided to start doing regular podcast episodes together. What I didn't expect would happen is we would both be able to grow our businesses even more. Having someone on a similar path to you that you spend time with frequently to workshop what is/isn't working is magical.

The lesson I learned is that having someone to help you along the way doesn't have to mean you have a mentor 10 or 100 steps ahead of you (though that is probably the ultimate business/life hack). You can have someone who is passionate and determined like you to get to a place that you respect, even if it is an adjacent mountain to yours.

Find those that you can help along their way, give, serve, and let them help you in return. Not only will your path take you so much farther, but you will enjoy the trip more than you could ever imagine.
