Azure Detailed Usage Reports

Step 1 - Login to your Azure Account Center by signing in using this link and clicking 'Account Center' in the latter image.

Step 2 - Once in identify the subscription you want to analyse.

Step 3 - Once selected, hit 'Billing History'.

Step 4 - Choose the period required (this is done monthly) and hit download usage.

Now you have the report you have a tonne of data breaking down every single instances usage for every single day of the month selected.

You can manually analyse this data or automate the analysis via Licenseware to find long hanging fruit ripe for Reserved Instances, Bring Your Own License, Azure Hybrid Use Benefits, and much more.
