Powtoon is an in-house new platform for creating video content, focusing on training, communication, and marketing. With Powtoon, you can create, manage, and distribute videos, presentations, digital ads, and various types of animated material that people actually want to watch and interact with.
Since its launch in 2012, Powtoon has grown rapidly. It has created over 100 million "Powtoons", the name given to the videos and presentations created on the platform.

How Presto assists Powtoon's global expansion project
Since September 2023, Presto has been collaborating with Powtoon to expand the reach of its solutions to an ever-growing audience. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies and the expertise of Marketing and Sales specialists, Presto has been able to prospect and qualify B2B leads, using a personalized approach.
As a result, our team engages the target audience to participate in the webinars promoted by Powtoon and schedules meetings with decision-makers who are ready to close sales.
To begin this work, we identified the client's needs, persona and objectives. With Powtoon's help, we defined the initial strategy, which, in this case, focused on increasing the network of Renato's LinkedIn profile with monthly events promoted by his company.
This strategy quickly evolved. In addition to running campaigns to attract leads to the webinars and monitoring Renato's profile, we began following up and scheduling meetings with this highly engaged audience. The combination of these actions has proven to be highly effective. Through them, we have achieved:
LinkedIn serves as the primary tool for executing this strategy, facilitated by Sales Navigator and Octopus CRM. Every week, we send out 150 invitations to new leads with personalized messages; all of this is validated with Powtoon before its implemented.
However, despite employing cutting-edge technology in our campaigns, our strength lies in the intelligence and expertise of our team, dedicated to delivering results and consistently placing Powtoon at the forefront of decision-making.
