• Spreading like wildfire inside the city’s crowded shelters.
• The Special one-time assistance program pays for a year’s worth of rent as well as relocation services within the state, to other states or to Puerto Rico.
• Just pushing people around, there is no real solution to homelessness.
• Neighbors have complained about visibly intoxicated men congregating on the street without masks, using drugs in public and getting into disputes.
• What is the real solution?
