I Help Business Owners Add More Revenue & Profit Via Strategic Marketing & Advertising
We live in a world where most of us are generalists; jack of all trades. We want to juggle a million things at ago, and perceive this to be cool. In fact, far worse we perceive and confuse being busy as being productive (that’s another realm of discussion).
Anyway to become the best versions of ourselves we must focus on what we’re inherently great at. What we look forward to accomplishing. To become a greater version of yourself, you have to put in the work. You have to accept and be comfortable in making mistakes, so long as it makes you a better entrepreneur. A better business owner. A better mid-level manager.
Steven Spielberg started showing is incredible film-making skills at the age of 7, and by grinding, making a ton of mistakes and improving, he has gone down in history as one of the best film-makers of our time.
If you want to achieve anything in life, you have to be extremely focused, and willing to go all chips in. it’s all in or nothing. You get out of life, what you put in. You withdraw in life what you’ve deposited over a long period of time. It is through sheer hard work, determination and relentless pursuit of greatness that very few reach the elite status in their career or business. If you can’t do something perfectly or hate doing a particular task, then outsource the task or an aspect of your business to someone or a company with such an expertise. This allows you to focus on what you’re truly good at, eventually adding exponential value to your craft.
This also applies to talent, without practice and honing your talent, it will be a waste. It won’t reach the phenomenal potential it can, meaning your impact on this world would be missed and a missed opportunity all together. Your brilliance in life is in identifying your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Do a SWOT analysis of yourself. In other words, be self-aware of yourself.
Self-awareness is one of the core attributes of the ultra-successful in business and in life. You can’t achieve success without tapping deeply into your reservoir of potential. As business owners, let’s strive to identify our reservoir of potential. Mine it.Exploit it. Bring it to the world. Booom! There you’ve your competitive advantage unleashed to the world.
Unleash your brilliance, put in the work-hustle your way up and share your gift with the world. If you’re true to yourself, it will reflect in the core values and philosophy of your brand, business and company. It will be the epitome of your organizational culture-making you remain at the top of mind to your customers and clients. Allowing you to attract new business. Don’t just do the normal. Be different. Strike out. Make it easier for your business and brand to be distinguished from the perk.
Examine yourself, your business and identify opportunities to stand out and conquer in the marketplace. It will not be easy, but in the long-run it will be worth it. Your value curve will go up, so is your business. Be great at one core thing and be so good at it that they can’t ignore-as Steve Martin is fond of saying ;)
It is time to claim your indomitable spot in the marketplace and share your unique gifts and abilities with the world. The question is, are you willing to go all in? Or are you going to let excuses and other limitations have an upper hand over the destiny of your business.
Establish your domain of expertise and you’ll flourish where others survive.
