FINANCIAL POWER COMES FROM OWNING THE FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS.

  Buying black is one of the primary "initial tools" to empower black/brown communities. There is a major issue with it. Since the actual foundational/national currency is manipulated by power brokers, that don't want to see black people (as a group, only individual billionaires, who are typically part of the problem) rise, a bigger solution is creating "alternative currencies" that aren't tied to the Federal reserve nor national fascist standards. 

  Further, since not everyone is racist, there should be sister currencies with the theme "Buy socially conscious" (Just as there are sister currencies, the British Pound, etc, all working together keep Africa, Caribbean, Native Indian lands/tribes (other than the chosen few), etc, under financial bondage.
