Financial Literacy for GME Programs

For graduating residents one area when surveyed they mention being ill prepared is financial literacy. It starts with student loan management but also includes employee benefits, contracts, home purchase, tax reduction, and practice ownership. We saw the need for education and have been giving an evolving version of the Business of Medicine lecture for over twenty years.

Now that interviews are over, we are booking times for lectures through the end of the academic year. There is no cost to the program and they are always educational and don't discuss specific companies products.
