We know the pressure Financial Leaders face, so we created a group to provide them a safe place to talk candidly about the challenges they face as they lead the financial team, develop their career, and still have a personal life.

I have been leading peer groups here in DFW since 2013 and have seen the power of peer groups to help leaders be their best. The last few years have led to unprecedented challenges in the financial community that have pushed us to our limits. We are starting this group so Financial Leaders can meet privately each month to be supported and inspired by other experienced financial leaders. If you tittle is CFO or Controller and you lead the strategic focus of your Financial team, we have a seat for you.

We will meet in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for half a day so we still have time to get back to the office to help out with any issues that come up that day. Our meetings and all we discuss are 100% confidential so we can get to real issues. We spend the majority of our time addressing issues and opportunities we face each day.
