Actamove Limited- a leading service provider, part of an international group of companies, is actively looking to hire a Financial IS Analyst for the IT Department.

Overview

Our Business Applications team is looking for a Financial Information Systems Analyst to help the upscale of Actamove Financial applications landscape. As part of the Business Applications team, you will work closely with multiple teams across the organization to map the business processes, gather requirements, design, implement and maintain the NetSuite ERP, other related applications and integrations to ensure the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions that meet the business needs.

What you’ll be doing (responsibilities)

? Lead financial IS solutions and projects, such as procure to pay, revenue recognition, cash, financial close and more, from ideation to delivery including gathering business requirements

? Work and collaborate closely with the finance group and relevant tech teams in the company to define optimized and scalable solutions for business needs

? Implement, maintain, and support financial business processes based on industry-standard and best practices in the NetSuite environment

? Proactively provide new enhancements to promote operational processes, processes efficiency and automations

? Understand the impact of support issues, prioritize accordingly, and provide a solution within a timely manner.

? Provide training to the users and stakeholders

? Establish standards for user and system documentation

Requirements

? Bachelor’s degree in accounting /Industrial Engineering / Information systems (CPA - advantage)

? 5+ years of experienced in finance processes like record-to-report, procure-to-pay and orderto-cash – Must

? Strong business processes understanding, high logic and analytic skills. ability to define and outline business requirements and translate it to technical design - Must

? 5+ years of NetSuite implementation experience: Set up, custom forms\records, workflows, reports (save search dashboards, Suite Analytics), etc.

? Proven experience in dealing with implementation projects, driving business impact, and significantly contributing to the company goals

? Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work creatively and prioritize according to business impact

? NetSuite certifications - Advantage

? Working in global company - advantage

? Ability to work comfortably with minimal supervision, take responsibility, deal with ill-defined problems

? Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously

? Excellent team player and interpersonal skills

? Self-learning ability (of new areas, processes, technologies)

? High level of English

? The position includes travel abroad
