Financial Ease is NOT laziness

One of the #MoneyMagic students recently asked: what's the difference between laziness and ease when it comes to making money?

Ease is NOT laziness, it doesn't mean you don't work.

It just means you make it easy for yourself to make money.

The question I would ask is - how do we create ease in our businesses or side hustles so we can make the money we want consistently, working fewer time and without needing to be constantly thinking positively?

Know yourself and work with your desires, strengths and weaknesses. For example: If you know you need constant travel or creativity, incorporate that into your business. This is where healing our vows of service really changes the game cos it frees us to work differently

Get clear on your income goal and how you're going to make that goal real and keep creating that income every month. The simper the strategy, the better it is to execute.

Execute yoir business strategy. So craft a strategy that aligns with you. You don't need a brilliant business strategy but you need to execute yoir strategy.

Get clear on the link between your time, money and the value. Being clear about the top 3 things people get from working with me changed everything for me because I was able to decide how to charge for that

Hire support for the things you're not great at. I had to accept that I actually don't know a lot of ish about business, branding, social media marketing, website design, accounting, editing a podcast and admin etc. so there are people who do that for me cos they do it better than me

Once you have support - listen to those people and let them do their job. I had to do a lot of inner work on this cos my trauma had me needing to prove myself - be seen as knowing a lot of ish or just scared to surround myself with people who were better than me at things

Pay people for their services. I have written tons of blog posts on this, explaining how money karma works and how we atract people who mirror us. If we are the type of people who don't pay people for their services or wanna negotiate people down to the last penny, we tend to attract clients eho do the same to us.

Ask me how I know…I have lived this and tested it often with myself and clients.

In the same vein as above - pay your debts - again this is money karma. Why should people pay you what they owe you, if you don't pay others?

The first thing I tell students who are in debt and not paying their debt and struggling to get people to pay them in business is - go do the money work and start paying your debts and see if you don't attract a different clientele.

Increase your receiving set point and heal your God Wound so your nervous system feels safe with you having more money and you can receive the money you're asking for without needing to make it hard or sabotaging yourself

Implement systems (that work for you and your team) in your business so you don’t keep reinventing the wheel and can start tracking what works and what doesn't work

Use technology to make things easy - automate and do virtual meetings and use email, slack, notion, Google docs etc. to get ish done

Keep track of business expenses and to have a good understanding of where money is being spent in my business and why it’s being spent there - understand your bank account.

Yes I have an amazing accountant but I looking at my personal and business bank account at the end of every month has really helped me

Do the inner work so you can be calm and present with your bank accounts

Separate business and personal finances. Register your side hustle, get a business account and treat it like a business and pay yourself a salary from it.

Get your personal finances in order so you don't use the business to fund your personal life. My salary from my business covers my massages, chef etc. Those are not business expenses.

Heal your ancestral money trauma and unlock your ancestral wisdom - honestly that's where it's at - as we heal it becomes easier to look at our bank accounts, pay the debt, increase our receiving set points, etc. Which in turn creates ease in the business
