What will you do in this (once-in-a-lifetime) role?

• lead! Oversee your people and ensure they’re supported, motivated and coached to achieve optimal performance.
• report! Be meticulous in your tracking and provide this information to the wider business across areas such as: month end, KPIs, stock revaluation, and much more.
• plan & strategise! Provide input into analysis and forecasting of commercial, CAPEX and OPEX, pricing and budgeting.
• network! Use your relationships in the business to ensure you are the point of contact for finance across the country and between teams.
• ensure compliance! Be aware of company policies and procedures, and legal issues related to customers, and share this knowledge with your team.
• innovate! Work within company processes while seeking ways to refine and improve them.
