We are currently seeking a Tax Director to lead our Tax team!

Are You (Or Someone You Know) Our Next Tax Director?

This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned and passionate tax pro seeking a remote role. This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in the U.S. only.

The Tax Director will ensure the highest level of service to clients while driving the department’s strategic direction and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in maintaining the firm's reputation for providing exceptional tax services and contributing to its growth and success.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, and/or finance.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
  • 10+ years of related experience, client services, and small business experience preferred. Knowledge of Ultratax and QuickBooks Online is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to provide high-level tax advice and strategic planning.
  • Strong tax research and problem-solving skills.
