 Job Description-

Prepare excel database of the investors / companies etc.

Secondary research for assistance in preparation of business plan and financial model.

Email and telephonic communication with strategic and financial investors. 

Finance and accounting work with vendors/ clients / auditors / statutory bodies for corporate transactions, prepare the minutes of meeting.

Assistance in preparation of company information forms for Fintech IT company. 

Refinement of company web portal. 

Preparation of vouchers.

Any other F&A work.

Administrative work.

Terms of engagement

Working from office, no work from home.

Working hours 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM.

Employment as Intern (min 2 months)

Reporting to F&A/ Delivery Manager

Budget 5k to 10k Gross depending upon experience

Eligibility:

Qualification- B.com / M.com / CA- Inter / CWA - Inter / CS- Inter / MBA - Finance.

Proficiencies - Tally or equivalent, advance Excel database, Word, PPT, Chrome, English, Maths.

BYOD (Laptop) for inters and contract employee.

Candidates with steep learning curve will be given preference.
