Finance excellence and leadership summit brings together top minds to discuss UAE taxation, sustainability, and artificial intelligence
More than 400 delegates, speakers and panellsts attended the Finance Excellence and Leadership Summit organised jointly for the first time by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Middle East and the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) Dubai chapter. Professionals including CFOs, financial analysts, and specialists joined keynote speakers and panel discussions focused on the most pressing financial issues of the day.
A hot topic discussed at this year's summit was UAE taxation. With the recent implementation of corporate tax in the UAE, many finance professionals are trying to understand how it will impact their businesses. The summit included a dedicated session on the topic, from an overview of the tax structure, updates and changes to the legislation, to a deep dive into the details of compliance requirements.
