Position: Finance Business Partner

Location: South Redditch, South Birmingham

Salary: ￡45,000 - ￡55,000 + Car

We are delighted to partner exclusively with a PE Backed company on the outskirts of Redditch, South Birmingham. They are seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to join their team in a purely commercial role with no month-end requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

·??????Regional Finance Business Partner: You will be fully responsible for partnering with the region, effectively translating financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

·??????Management Accounts: Analyse month-end management accounts, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive business performance.

·??????Business Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively contribute to streamlining financial procedures and systems.

·??????Financial Analysis and Trend Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis and trend analysis to identify key business drivers and support decision-making processes.

·??????Meet Face to Face operational and commercial leadership within the region supporting them in their commercial and strategic decision-making.

·??????Support to Financial Controller: Assist the Financial Controller with ad hoc duties and projects, contributing to the overall success of the finance function.

Job Qualifications:

·??????CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified or studying towards these qualifications.

·??????Excellent Excel knowledge, enabling you to efficiently analyse and manipulate financial data.

·??????Strong communication skills to effectively convey financial information to stakeholders at all levels.

·??????This role requires some travel.

·??????Ideally, you have experience in a fast-paced, growing business environment.

Personal Characteristics:

·??????Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in a Finance Business Partnering role.

·??????Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.

·??????Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving ability.

·??????A team player who values collaboration and enjoys working with people.
