Finance Analyst reports to the Plant Controller and assist in cost accounting and reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calculation of STD costs and verification of their correctness
- Invoice reconciliations with customers
- Active support of month-end closing process
- Preparation of reports and analysis
- Active participation in improvement of controlling and business process
- Costs analysis projects
- Support Plant Controller with annual budget preparation
- Assist in quarterly forecasting
- Prepare journal entries
- Comply with financial policies and regulations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting?
- Experience: 1-5 years of accounting experience or Maters’ Degree
- Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
- Highly detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION
- The physical ability to stand and or walk frequently
- The physical ability to occasionally bend/stoop, kneel, crouch, and squat
- The physical ability to use both hands for frequent grasping and occasional fine manipulation and fingering
- The physical ability to frequently carry up to 50 pounds of weight distances of up to 600 feet
- The physical ability to frequently lift to 50 pounds of weight from the floor to above the shoulders.
- Weights more than 50 pounds may need to be lifted between the floor and shoulders on rare occasions
- The physical ability to occasionally push various items up to 75 pounds distances of up to 5’
- The physical ability to occasionally pull various items up to 75 pounds distances of up to 35’
- The physical ability to tolerate required personal protective equipment such as steel toed shoes, work gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, dust masks, safety belts and safety shoes on a continuous basis
- The physical ability to stand and/or walk a minimum of 75% of the shift
- The visual ability to identify small components at close range or other objects at a distance
- The ability to listen closely to specific sounds to assist in determining potential malfunction
