1] RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible?for?monthly?closing?activities?of?the?companies?under?the?management?of?the?Group;
• Responsible?for?coordinating?and?training?the?accounting?and?tax?team?members;
• Responsible?for?monthly?and?quarterly?information?reporting?to?investors?and?external?entities;
• Responsible?for?maintaining?updated?information?on?tax?compliance?obligations;
• Responsible?for?coordinating?annual?closing?activities?of?the?company.
• Responsible for interaction and reporting to internal and external clients.

2] PROFILE:

?

• Higher?education?degree?in?Accounting, Audit or?Economics;
• 5?years?experience?in?accounting?and?tax?areas,?with?a?BIG4?background;
• Solid?knowledge?of?Accounting?(SNC/IFRS);
• Solid?knowledge?of?Taxation?(companies'?tax?obligations);
• Registration?as a?Certified?Accountant?is a?plus;
• Knowledge of Fund Management accounting is a plus;
• Knowledge of Financial instruments is a plus;
• Previous?roles?involving?team?coordination?responsibilities;
• Excellent?English?language?skills?in?both?oral?and?written?communication;
• Dynamism,?versatility,?and?proactivity;
• Strong?communication?skills;
• Advanced?MS?Excel?skills;
• Knowledge?of?SAP?accounting?system
