Cloth designing Web based Application

Major tools:

                       HTML5, CSS3, PHP, Java script, Boot strap, Ajax, J-Query, phpmyadmin.

Introduction:

                  Cloth designing web based application is basically an E-commerce website with the designing capability. User or visitor can design their clothes according to the available designs, they can also upload their on artwork according the cloth category.

The basic structure of the Website is that user must sign up in order to login the site. After that home page with feature designs and products will be available for the user. In the category menu all categories will be mentioned according to Gender and Age, which has sub categories specified according to the latest designs and artworks.

Application will have a Designing and editing section. User can edit featured designs and can make a personal design in Design portion. In Design portion user will first select the appropriate gender and clothing category (shirt, pent, coats etc.).After that a picture according to the selected category will be shown and user will move toward design portion where product color, designs, artworks can be designed easily.

When user will move through the category and design sections. Then product size (length, width) will be selected by the user. When the size of the product will be finalized then checkout session will proceed. Where user select the quantity and enter Address details, Shipment details and payment details through forms. After all this process is verified by an email will be sent to the user about the manufacturing time, shipment date, total price and a specific code will be sent to the user through which product will be given to the user.

Purpose:  

               The purpose of choosing this system is that there is not a specific platform for a common person to get their desired clothes with an ease. When a person visit a normal e-commerce website they have to select the product which are available. Even when they shop on traditional market they have many difficulties regarding size design and fabric.

So the purpose of making this platform is that user can design their desired clothes if they don’t want to design they can buy from feature design products. Second factor is that user will not have the sizing problem because a complete structure of size with inching parameters are defined in the sizing section of the site. Third factor is that we have a fine collection of fabric that in which fabric client want their product to manufacture.

Intended Audience:

                           Our main target are the people between ages 18-40, because the age limitation of the people who can use internet accurately and they have a design need or issues regarding size and fabric are in this boundary.

If we see on the organization end Schools and firms who use a specific dress code are the major entities who will use this site because they can design and order much product. It will be profitable term for the manufacturer to make large amount with same designs.

After the education sector if we move towards the Branding organizations they can also use our sites to advertise their brands in featured designs which will be a profitable factor for both organization.

People can design their dressings according to special occasions like Weddings, Meetings and our featured suggestion will be helpful for them.

Project Scope:

                        The Basic plus point is that our site does not have any quantity limitation so client can order a single product or a large quantity. Along with that facility they can design whatever they want they can print their photo on their T-Shirts, Trousers and other product.

People can start their clothing brand by using our site because as traffic increases it will be a unique platform for advertisement where a normal purchaser to a business organizations will have the look towards our featured brands.

Objective of our site is that to target from a common person to an Organization use internet for personal designing. As the concept of e-commerce is emerged in this era, so we can say it as an innovation to the e-shopping.

Goal of this application is to provide a platform where people can design their desired clothes which will save their time and cost for big orders in a business manner.

Product features:

·        Signup and login(Each user must have a specific account in our site)

·        Personal Designing(User designed products and artworks will be store in their account)

·        Large variety of latest trends and featured brand(advertisement)

·        Size section with inching parameters (size according to brands if featured product is being purchased)

·        Fabric variety and details  

·        Secure shipment (code assigning)

·        Cart system(user can order multiple products and pay online)

·        Stock record (total sale purchase, profit)

List of reports to be produced:

1.     Weekly, Annual orders report (customer data).

2.     Shipped Orders and pending orders report.

3.     Featured Brand list to show on main page (top 10 trending).

4.     Total cost spent on material (sale, purchase, profit).

5.     Orders for Branding (Advertisement details)

6.     User reviews (comments etc.).

7.     Top purchasers (Golden users).

8.     Most used artworks.

Hardware and software tools requirements for development:

·        Personal computer of laptop consist of 2GB Ram 5GB free hard disk storage.

(Software requirements)

·        Window 7or higher versions.

·        Dream viewer 14.0 or higher version (other editors can be used)

·        Adobe Photoshop 7 or higher version

·        Xamp version 1.7.7 (Wamp versions can be used)

·        Internet browser (chrome, Fire fox etc.).
