Thank you to everyone who has supported my conservation project on Indiegogo at Save Frogs From Extinction! People from 17 countries have donated so far and I'm overwhelmed by how many people care about my work to protect frogs. Learning how to run a crowdfunding campaign has been a great experience!
Also, knowing that my amphibian outreach & education efforts during this campaign have reached at least 17 countries is a great feeling. This is the first time I've worked with a filmmaker to produce educational videos about frog conservation and I think it really improved my ability to make science accessible and interesting to the general public. You can see a few clips here: HARCC Videos. Today, we entered a longer film into our very first wildlife film festival, so keep your eyes peeled for the premier this fall!
If you haven't donated yet and would still like to, three days remain! We're at 72% of our goal and every little bit helps! The fundraising campaign ends on Saturday, June 4th. (Click Here to donate)
The frog pictured at the top of this page is the endangered Mossy red-eyed frog (Duellmanohyla soralia), one of our three rescue species.
Thank you!
Jonathan
