Final Sprint for Charity

Dear Friends, 

It is now 7 months into my fundraising and training and it is going great!  Thank you so much to those that have donated and contributed words of encouragement and support. The countdown to race day for the Ironman in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho is officially 27 days!!!

In 2016, The IRONMAN Foundation provided $1.6 million (over 1,000 grants) back to local nonprofit groups within IRONMAN race communities all over North America. Every nonprofit is deserving and impacted in a significant way. The reason I’m dedicated to helping fuel The IRONMAN Foundation’s mission is simple: they are providing real change to real people in real communities; communities that keep me safe for 140.6 miles while I’m swimming, biking, and running. 

I can’t wait to cross the finish line and know I’ve accomplished a personal goal for myself, but I am more excited to reach the $3500 fundraising goal to help local charities that support me on race day.
