The Final Plan
I have worked with a number of Ministers over the years, and they often share a similar concern. I was amazed at how often a Church had to step in to pay the funeral cost for one of their elderly members. I was thinking maybe this happens rarely but was shocked when I realized that this was a budget item some churches cannot afford.
I have to ask this question. Where is the family? Did they think death would not come? Should we, not all have a plan to deal with our, or our loved one, final expense? You have health insurance in case you get sick. You have car insurance in case there is an accident. Death is the only guarantee, should you not have Final Expense insurance?
Final Expense insurance can be guaranteed coverage regardless of medical conditions, or it takes a more traditional underwriting path. Regardless of the product, it is affordable! Some families pool resources to pay for their parent's coverage, or it is drafted each month when social security or pension benefits are deposited.
