To ensure prompt and efficient assistance, we've implemented Zendesk, which allows you to connect with us across multiple support channels. All communication is in one place, and it's SLA-driven, enabling us to manage customer expectations and drive positive outcomes.

Looking ahead, we have exciting plans to further enhance our service offering. We're updating our DriverX application to provide you with even more visibility throughout the parcel journey and provide regular communications to your customers.
