Dear readers, subscribers, partners, fans, colleagues, friends, and family,
As 2022 comes to a close, we at #SpartaLoyalty feel it is the perfect time to reflect briefly on how the #Loyalty and #MarTech industry has endured over the last 12 months.
To be quite frank, the start of 2022 was still quite an unpredictable time as the post-pandemic recovery was in full swing, and businesses themselves were weary of seeing if COVID-19 would persist and affect global trade and industries. Undoubtedly, the 2022 intro was wrought with supply chain issues affecting all industries on all levels. Nevertheless, once everything started to look up, the horrible tragedy of the war in #Ukraine hit, which threw the world back into a state of tension and uneasiness.
But through great adversary comes great strength, as we at #SpartaLoyalty are very proud to support all of our close friends and partners who were and still are affected by the war in #Ukraine . As our name suggests, we preach #loyalty at the highest level, not only for marketing purposes.
Moving forward, we have seen that 2022 also had significant successes, with many of our partners not just enduring but flourishing, with unprecedented bounce back from the pandemic - that could have only been facilitated through their individual #LoyaltyPrograms .

What should we expect in 2023?
Our VP, Filip Zajdel comments:
'Consumers enjoy being taken care of, and it's our duty to persist in that fact. So personalization of the messages that loyalty programs aim to produce will continue to be of the utmost importance. Our responsibilities for 2023 will also include meeting ever-increasing whims of a great price, free shipping, deferred payments, discounts, prizes, bonuses, VIP entries, free advice, freebies, etc., all perfectly tailored to the needs of the consumer. I don't know any other methods than a loyalty system that works with the help of detailed extensive big data analysis and artificial intelligence. Which easily scales and integrates with the rest of the sales systems while supporting any, even the most sophisticated, loyalty mechanism.'
