The Final Harvest

With the weather turning cold, I terminated my garden project last week and picked the final harvest - a few large green tomatoes and two yellow cucumbers.

Someone told me that tomatoes can turn red after harvesting by putting them inside a bag to capture the emitted ethylene to hasten ripening.

I will start my vegetable garden earlier next spring to have! a longer growing season!
