FINAL FOUR 2024

I had an awesome time in Phoenix, Arizona. I had the pleasure of meeting some new coaches and old coaches. The atmosphere was very good, and the classes was great. They had excellent Speakers that lead the classroom discussions. We had a hot topic on NIL deals it's out of control trust me. The kids are transferring like hot cakes. Many years ago, players were not being paid or could not brand themselves. Those kids made lots of money for the University but was not compensated for all their hard work. We will see more transfers throughout college basketball. The good programs are losing kids to other school because some kids can get more money elsewhere. Coaches do the same thing when they change jobs. They get more money to coach at other places.
