Final Check List for EA Ignite Spring
Are you ready?! We are! We can't wait to welcome you all to EA Ignite Spring in Nashville, TN on April 23-25, and are so excited to start training! Use the following as a final check list to make sure you're prepared and make the most of your time at the conference:
Download the mobile app & session materials!
This will really set you up for success! Download the mobile app, either to your phone or web browser - find instructions on how to do so here. Session materials are only accessible through the app and we recommend downloading these before you arrive onsite! We also recommend downloading and saving these to your laptop through the web browser version of the app so you can access these directly on your device! Here is how to download the session materials:
Take advantage of the multiple networking opportunities
New to EA Ignite are two networking programs, Braindates and 1:1 Matchmaking! Both live within the mobile app, but what's the difference?
Braindates: Braindates are knowledge-sharing conversations that you book with others to have one-on-one or in small groups on-site in the Braindate Lounge. They’re the best way to brainstorm, solve challenges, share expertise or experiences, while connecting with new (brilliant!) people.
Learning Concierges will be available onsite to help attendees navigate and utilize this service to make the most out of the experience!
1:1 Matchmaking: Located in your profile of the mobile app, this attendee-led AI based service uses your profile and the categories you’ve selected to help match you with fellow peers! By opting into matchmaking, users will select categories and their intents for meetings, and the app will suggest other peers that best match your profile based on the pre-selections and conversations you’re looking to have. Once you’ve met a match, start chatting and set up a time and location in the conference to meet!
Read all pre-event emails
Our team has sent weekly emails and will continue to send them each morning of the event! Previous emails have contained important event information, you can search your inbox for emails from "EA Ignite Event Team" or visit our website here, where all important event information lives.
The morning emails will outline what you can expect for the day and any reminders for attendees. Not sure if you are receiving our emails? Check your spam filters, these will be going to the email you registered for the event with!
