I find it only fitting that my final post of this project is a day late. But here we are.

While my normal racing mind is typically of a cynical variety, I have to say I leave this project incredibly satisfied.

Not just for keeping the commitment and doing it <almost> every day. Even when I was exhausted and know some of my posts were not my best work.

It's because of all of you-- the ones who have kept with it.

The ones who took the time to email/chat/call me to thank me for what I was doing. Your words and stories mean the world to me, and I am honored to have shared some of mine with you all.

I DID promise a resource list of all the sites I've encountered. I will get that done this week and will post once I've fully updated it.

No matter who you are, or why you started reading these posts. I hope you found it worth your time. More than anything, I hope I taught you all a little bit more about ADHD and ND conditions, than you knew before.

Awareness leads to understanding. When we understand, we are more informed and can offer insightful opinions and, hopefully, are comfortable enough to utilize some of the practices and ideas found in these posts.

It's a big world out there, with a lot of unique individuals with marvelous stories to share, if we are all will to try a bit harder to listen.

So again, from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for seeing this through with me.
