This ensures that both parties are on the same page & working towards a common objective. A mentor in a structured relationship will provide guidance & support to the mentee in a consistent & systematic manner. They offer advice, share their expertise, & help the mentee navigate challenges & roadblocks. A structured mentoring relationship allows the mentee to focus on specific skills or areas of development that are aligned with their career goals.
