How can you share with the others your empty “glass”???

Let’s suppose that your own “glass” is your HEART and MIND.

I have learned the keys to sharing and helping others from decades of actual experiences in our lives, including the corporate world.

***Your HEART needs to be filled with LOVE, KINDNESS, RESPONSIBILITIES - It means that you need to love yourself first, to be kind to yourself first, to be responsible for yourself first.

How can you love others if you do not have love of your own?

***Your MIND needs to be filled with, nurtured, grown, and brightened by updated knowledge, wisdom, practices, and experiences - It means that you need to learn to grow your mind first before sharing/ helping others.

***ACTION & RESULT speak louder than WORDS.?

==> Your ACTION is driven by your EMOTION and THOUGHTS.

==> Your EMOTION comes from your HEART.

==> Your THOUGHTS come from your MIND.

So let’s continuously learn to fill our HEARTS and MINDS with the most helpful ones.
