Fill Your Diary Tomorrow Using One Simple Message
With Social Distancing Running A Business Has Never Been So Challenging But Bringing Customers In On Demand Could Be The Answer?

Fill Your Diary Tomorrow Using One Simple Message

Pretty much every business owner has been affected by COVID and the restrictions it puts on our day to day running of the business.

But even in spite of the fact that virtually everyone is suffering the vast majority of businesses still try and bring new customers in and focus almost exclusively on growing their business this way.

But what I don't understand is why when if they contacted their existing customers and even the prospects they had in the past they would not have to spend anywhere near as much money on marketing to them.

Sure some businesses might contact their customers to remind them they have an appointment or due to an annual check-up but what about the other 364 days of the year the majority do nothing.

Business Dont Understand The Value Of Their Customers ?

More than 90% of us carry our important information on our phones which we never let out of our sight yet most businesses never think to contact us on them. To tell us about their greatest offer or even the fact that they are reopened after a long period of closure or they might have to close because of COVID restrictions.

The fact is if you wanted and knew the best way to approach it you could literally fill your business which has been shut down or working at limited capacity in less than a day or certainly less than a week using a simple message.

Medical practices have a huge advantage over almost any other business they collect customer information routinely. In most cases, they will hold on file their client's email, mobile number & home phone number but most never consider using them.

One of my clients had a large customer base and had many satisfied customers and they asked me how they could quickly get in touch with them I said: "why not just send them a message?"

They had tried email but since they hadn't actually ever contacted these clients by email before it was no surprise that it was not what you'd call a raging success.

I said, "let's send them a text message?". Their first reaction was one of disbelief followed by "it will take forever" and then "how is that going to work?"

I explained using the right software and automation we could contact their own database of clients to first tell them the business was open and second to make an irresistible offer to their customers.

To say they were cynical was an understatement but within a week we had fully booked their diary for the whole month. But here's the best bit not only were we able to book their diary for that month but also several appointments for months in advance.

Now while most businesses are scrambling around trying to get together mailshots, place ads in magazines and all the other old dated methods that used to work my clients are too busy worrying about how they are going to fulfill the orders and are busier than they have ever been.

If you'd like to know how you could be bringing a steady flow of customers into your business without having to work harder, spend a fortune in advertising, and build a sustainable long-term revenue for your business get in touch.

This is a great article. You are right reaching out to old customers is much easier than finding new ones.
