Fiit goes free

Fiit goes free

We launched Fiit with the firm belief that fitness is for everyone. That regular exercise benefits anyone. That movement makes us happy.

So why limit our app to paying members?

Various game-changing brands have recently paved the way in offering services free of charge. Think of Spotify, and the way in which they turned casual listeners into music lovers through ad-funded memberships. Or Candy Crush, who have managed to make gamers out of grandmothers and kids alike. Even Strava has changed the way we run and ride, creating the biggest global outdoor exercise community to date.

Well, we want to follow suit. After all, what better way to change the fitness industry than by making overpriced gym memberships a thing of the past?

As of today, we’re really, really happy to tell you, Fiit is free for all — forever.

What this hopefully means for us is an expansion of our family. One which includes anyone who’s got a spare 25 minutes. And possibly a sense of humour. You might need both.

If we’ve piqued your interest, then good. Here’s what we hope to bring to your table.

Motivation

An early morning workout might not be your cup of tea. That’s fine. Sometimes we need someone else to give us that extra push. We have that ready and waiting. Mainly in the form of 18 world-famous, industry leading trainers. If they can’t get you to jump out of bed in the morning, no one can.

Choice

You might not like running. You might not like yoga. You might not like using equipment. The only thing that really matters, is that you find the kind of exercise you do like. So we want to give you variety. Buckets of it. So you can open yourself up to new ways of moving. HIIT, circuits, strength-training, pilates, (ninja) yoga, breathwork… It’s all there. It’s all free. And there’s so much more to come.

Ease

The long commute into an overpriced, crowded, sweaty gym is over. We really need to reap the benefits of living in a digital age. Fiit is exactly that. We are an app that lets you work out in your own living room, bedroom, bathroom — whatever. In your sweats, pyjamas, birthday suit — who cares. You’re in your own space, in your own time.

Cost

It’s crazy expensive out there. And prices will just keep rising. So here’s the final perk to our Fiit app. Download it, and we’ll give you access to all of our trainers at all of our studios — completely free. Go nuts.

If you want to experience Fiit for free please visit fiit.tv. Currently on iOS. UK and Ireland only. Our paid for version - Fiit Premium is £45 per quarter or £120 per year (which is just 33p per day). Fiit Premium includes a Fiit device (worth £65), personalised training plans and access to all Fiit classes and exclusive content. For more information on the difference between our free and premium versions please read this blog.
