THE TALENT WARS: In our latest magazine issue, we take a deep dive into the ongoing drama created by the Great Resignation and the ensuing war for talent. Our parent company, Arizent, recently conducted a research report, collecting the facts and figures on what’s keeping HR execs up at night.?
One of the main culprits? Compensation. According to the report, 18% of leaders say low compensation was the top reason for attrition, and 37% said it contributed to high turnover at their companies.
WHY WE QUIT:?But at the same time, not all employees walk away from an operation in pursuit of a bigger paycheck. We spoke with three workers who identify as participants in the great resignation, and outlined the real reasons they chose to quit. Not one of them named money as driving factor.?
