I saw a video pop up on the related YouTube videos that advertised the ‘3 things you should do if you find yourself encountering a bear while hiking’
Now I don’t know about you, but fighting a bear isn’t on my to do list and I'd imagine chances are it isn't on yours either.
Why? Because your chances of even surviving are slim to none.?
The same is true of your business if you don’t?have a systematized and intentional company culture. Because the company that does, aka your competition, they’re going to be crushing the game.
I was blown away to find that only?25% of companies?have implemented a plan to deliver their culture.?
Trust me when I say those 25% of companies are going to be the ones everyone wants to work for.?
Put simply, if you don’t have an intentional company culture and a way to deliver it to your team members, then you might as well just fight a bear.?
It’s hurting your bottom line, it’s holding you back, and it’s going to follow your company until you do something about it.?
So take the time, become one of those companies in that 25% that will accuracy the right people and beat out the competition because I promise you that goal, no matter how far out of reach it may seem.
It’s right there.
Take that time right now, or this weekend, and get clear on a plan to implement the culture you want so that everyone you work with is positively impacted each and every day. Remember:
