What is the fight of our life?

I don’t want to fight,

I don’t even know how to fight,

I am tired of fighting.

This is what I’ve heard from all my students in the workshop.

Yes, I am with you, and I feel the same way, I am tired of stressful life and having to fight with every little thing, but can we deny the existence of turbulences in our life, can we dodge the fights, or can we avoid them? It is not possible to live our life without ups and downs, simply because no matter what, we are going to run into changes and challenges in life. Even if we work on ourselves and keep ourselves calm and tranquil, we will run into chaos from daily life dealing with weather, storms, and many other environmental turbulences. We will face people and society and the circle of friends, family, and co-workers that are different from us, and on that note, will run into conflicts here or there with others.

We all run into the daily chaos of life, with ourselves, others, and the environment. The chaos will bring stress, anxiety, depression, anger, or even loss of hope. We are exhausted and don’t want to fight anymore.

So,

What is the answer?

What is the fight of our life and what is it all about, and what is it that we are up against?

This is the final answer to end the fight and never have to fight life again.

This is the answer to bringing peace back to your life and saying goodbye to fighting.

·??????We all know that we are struggling

·??????But we must have trust and faith that we can get the support, and by focusing to get the support

·??????Focus on the blessings that are ahead of us, and not focus on the problem and what we are facing at the time

·??????Things will inevitably move forward

·??????Focus on the things that you want to see and feel having it

·??????Focus on the blessings and feel them when you feel good

·??????Make things simple

·??????Don’t look at all the tangles, and try to get out one knot at the time

·??????Let go of the clutter

·??????Rest, rejuvenate

·??????And only participate in the things that matter to you

·??????Let go of clutter and stay with things that are important to you

·??????Only do what matters to you

You’ve got to get out of your head

·??????Get into your heart

·??????Focus on the blessings that you are dreaming about

·??????Focus on what is coming and what you love, and not what it is

·??????Make your decisions based on love and what brings you joy

·??????Work on things that fill your heart and what you love to do

Realize that you are going to “Feel” the right path

·??????You let go of the burdens by following what is in your heart

·??????Move-in life based on your deep feelings of what you love

·??????Feelings will guide the path

·??????Listen to your heart and gut feelings

·??????Your heart will show the path

·??????Then the mind will keep you safe on the path

The New You

·??????Meditate

·??????Visualize

·??????Daydream

·??????Do what it takes to love yourself

·??????Love your dreams

·??????Love and value the things you love and want deep in your heart

That is the final answer to fighting your battles, and you will never feel exhausted fighting your battles, and you will feel so good fighting it all, and you will conquer all just by following what brings joy to you.

Following “Joy” and what is in your “Heart” that brings joy to you is the final answer.

The key to conquering battles is to listen to your heart and follow what it is telling you, and your battles will become part of the joy because you will not only walk with joy, you live in joy, and you will get closer to what your heart wants even if you find yourself in the battles.

You will not see the battles as fights but as the path to getting closer to your dream life. And you will live your dream life all along the way because you are following your heart and the joy within.
