Fight or Fly? What a buzzing question.
There is no surprise we are living in a VUCA world: Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous. Maybe what we didn’t know until “today” is how our inside universe has been triggered and transforming. ?What stands in the middle of an extreme challenging times and the feeling that we easily call anxiety?
Is The Frustration, an emotion that most of the time is screamed or repressed, always afraid to dig in, as “maybe will just pass”.
All the obstacles, setbacks and difficult situations are attracting us into a new game where the brain sets up for more ways to control. What we miss most of the times is searching for meaning, searching for our own failures in building the road of achievement. Was it time, was is the lack of resources, were there people standing in our way?
What we see is low energy, low engagement, low productivity… So, what we add on top is personal dissatisfaction, a “cherry” well hidden. The today’s world reveals more of our deeper Vulnerability, fear of the Unknown, limits of Capability and need for Adaptability.
We are turning into an ongoing vigilance process, where our mind stays tuned even if our eyes are literally closing for rest. We need to learn how to make peace with our minds, our priorities, our life values nurturing personal growth.
We are more and more afraid to share our part of the truth, fussing around the positive messages shooting down any doubts we might have about the path humanity have taken.
Is all this a bad thing? Not really! It is a tremendous pain towards a tremendous Change. ?Still,?frustration comes from misleading expectations, too many, too often. ?
How much from what we say we really share is authentic, honest and kind? Is it meaningful or just contextual?
To some extent being frustrated really is a choice. We can allow frustrating circumstances to get the better of us or we can choose to get the better of those same circumstances.
How we express our truth in a way to accept that we need to do something and not to wait for the other person to do that thing we should take responsibility for. Trying to learn how to be authentic and honest with yourself by searching for answers on:

What is my long-term goal?
What pain I am trying to avoid in this process?
What changes my thinking and behaviors so I need to make in this process?
