  4. Strategic Talent Intelligence: Joost Heins (Randstad) introduced maturity stages of embedding talent intelligence, revealing its potential as a competitive advantage.
  5. Enhancing Candidate Experience: Irmgard Naudin ten Cate shared EY's journey to improve candidate satisfaction, emphasising a holistic approach.
  6. Centralising Talent Intelligence: Kim Bryan (AMS) tackled the challenges and benefits of centralising data and intelligence within organisations.
  7. Talent Intelligence in Action: Kristine Mayle, Ph.D. revealed Vertex's evolution in adopting talent intelligence, showcasing practical implementation strategies.
  8. Strategic Workforce Planning: Matt Higgs MBA FCIPD (Ramboll) presented lessons learned from implementing SWP in a complex global matrix organisation.
  9. Integrated Talent Strategy: Meghna G. & Kumar Vaibhav (Amdocs) discussed the integration of talent intelligence, people analytics, and workforce planning.
  10. Innovation in Talent Intelligence: Anastasia Sokolova (Melnyk) (Nexperia) explored applying market segmentation concepts to talent markets, advocating for customer-centric innovation.
  11. Market Intelligence Lessons: Stuart McGown (Philips) shared insights on how talent intelligence can learn from market intelligence practices.
