Broadacre farm incomes to rebound
Broadacre farm cash income is set to rebound by a projected 47 percent to a value of A$192,000 ($125,000; €115,000) per farm in 2024-25, according to the latest outlook report by the Australian Bureau of Agricultural and Resource Economics and Sciences.
This comes after a significant drop to A$131,000 in 2023-24, which ABARES attributes to higher input costs and reduced production volumes.
