It is the time of the year when we start planning for next year ( end of year is July for us), and this got me thinking deeply about how we can turn the science of field marketing on its head. How do we move away from event coordinators to Field Event Data Scientists?
As an operations leader for over 25+ years, my natural move to field marketing was driven by a deep-seated belief in the power of data and technology to revolutionize our strategies. Having spent years optimizing processes and driving efficiencies, I recognized the immense potential in applying these principles to field marketing. This perspective allows us to not only streamline operations but also create more impactful, personalized engagements with our audience.
