"You have built a completely new and modern banking system, oriented towards modern consumers and how they like to live and work. Your system obviously works well, as shown by your substantial and growing base of users.

What’s amazing is that, while it performs the functions of a core banking system, it is actually built so that it runs on top of an existing core banking system – a hugely difficult task – that you have accomplished several times in different countries.

This gives you the power of having built a brand-new system (you can move quickly, and adapt to emerging consumer trends), without the burden of maintaining legacy systems in multiple countries. We know that practices sometimes emerge in one place and then spread to others – you are in a position to see and respond to those emerging needs, and then be the leader in quickly spreading them to the other locales you support, because you don’t need to re-implement them in country after country.

Finally, unlike the legacy banks, you monitor your users and what they do like good modern consumer internet companies do, with logs, tests and analytics. You also encourage users to interact with each other and with you through your community features. This creates more stickiness than traditional banking applications, and gives you a channel to your customers’ feelings and needs that will enable you to enjoy a growing customer base that is increasingly loyal."
