Fidens successfully dispose of clients office lease in Noho

Retained by long standing photographic clients, Fidens were instructed to dispose of media style, creative office space at 72-74a Margaret Street, London, W1 (2nd Floor) which is in the heart of Noho, near Oxford Circus. We were able to secure a speedy letting via an assignment of our clients lease with a premium. We have subsequently relocated our clients to new space in Shoreditch.
