My personal concern is that we are so gung-ho about AI and all that technology brings us that we don't even consider ethics and morals anymore. Are we using AI for doing good or doing bad? Can we be sure that they are using same ethics than your company in REAL? I see AI little similar way: which one your are selecting to use, do you have professional accounts for those, Are you using those from API where you have the best flexibility to prompt what you want etc.

I would say the balance between the two extremes are: AI does not have a Bias towards age or other demographics BUT also does not add an extra weight to either side to promote inclusion. Meaning that judgement is based on quantifiable and based on profs merit and nothing else. Then you have what we say "nothing in excess" . Thank you for the good thoughts, really good read.
