Telcom, Luminet and GigaBritain become Elevate

Telcom Networks, luminet and wholesale initiative GigaBritain is to become a rebranded company under a new name, Elevate, following the integration of its B2B divisions.

Following the acquisition of Luminet late last year, the firm ran a comprehensive integration and rebranding process with extensive input from customers, partners, and employees.

The result is a new organisation that is described by Elliott Mueller , CEO, Elevate, as having “a new name, a whole new look, and a refreshed vision and mission.”

Mueller commented: “Elevate is based on delivering a streamlined and seamless customer experience from one ‘ground-to-cloud’ technology partner.

“The Elevate name was chosen to reflect the need to continually raise service standards and alleviate technology related business issues in the telecoms industry.”

The launch of Elevate represents a year-long process of integration and a major investment in systems and the ability to provide solutions at scale.

Andy Tatlock , Chief Revenue Officer, Elevate added: "There’s a lot of investment that’s happened internally within Elevate as we brought the two businesses together, and this has given us a platform to give us seamless and effortless processes that we want to offer to our customers both today and for future growth.”

Fusion Fibre Group to launch resource sharing venture

Fusion Fibre Group has unveiled plans to launch a channel programme giving partner companies access to its network, and the opportunity to resell services under their own brand.

The broadband service provider can currently connect over 16 million UK properties with full fibre broadband thanks to wholesale relationships with PXC, BT wholesale, ITS, CityFibre, Freedom Fibre, Full Fibre, F&W and MS3 Networks.

The ISP primarily sells direct to consumers, and the new venture will allow other telecoms providers and aspiring ISPs to resell Fusion Fibre Group services, under their own brand/identity.

Fusion Fibre Group’s new channel programme will give their partners the opportunity to gain unprecedented access to their extensive UK coverage, at competitive rates, with a comprehensive range of options to suit the partnering company’s size, target market and goals.

To ensure partners have a close working relationship with the ISP, Fusion Fibre Group has created a dedicated Channel team, led by Channel Sales Manager, Kevin McDonnell.

McDonnell explained: “This programme is about more than just connectivity; it’s about sharing skills, resources, and opportunities with local experts to deliver the best possible service to communities nationwide.”
