Glass fiber mesh fabrics is made of medium-alkali or non-alkali glass fiber yarn and coated with alkali-resistant polymer emulsion.

Due to the special material properties of mesh, it is stronger and more durable than ordinary cloth because of its high strength and good alkali resistance.

Construction method:

1. Wall surfaces are kept clean and dry.

2. Apply tape over the crack and press tightly.

3. Make sure the gap is covered with tape, then cut off the excess tape with a knife, and finally apply the mortar.

4. Let it air dry, then sand lightly.

5. Fill with enough paint to smooth the surface.

6. Cut off the leaking tape. Then, notice that all cracks have been properly repaired, and use a fine compound to touch up around the joints to make them look like new.

Alkali-resistant products

Architectural grid cloth is based on medium-alkali or non-alkali glass fiber woven fabric, which is treated with alkali-resistant coating. The product has high strength and good alkali resistance and plays an important structural role in the insulation system, mainly preventing cracks. Due to its excellent anti-acid, alkali and other chemical substances corrosion performance and high tensile strength in warp and weft, it can make the stress on the external wall thermal insulation system evenly distributed and can avoid the entire thermal insulation caused by the collision and extrusion of external impact. The deformation of the structure makes the insulation layer have high impact strength, and is easy to construct and quality control, and plays the role of "soft steel bar" in the insulation system.

The alkali-resistant tensile breaking strength of the glass fiber mesh in the warp and weft directions shall not be less than 750N/50mm, the retention rate of the alkali-resistant tensile breaking strength shall not be less than 50%, and the weight per square meter shall be ≥130 grams. The JG158-2004 glass fiber mesh warp and weft alkali-resistant tensile breaking strength shall not be less than 1250N/50 mm, the alkali-resistant tensile breaking strength retention rate shall not be less than 90%, and the weight per square meter shall be ≥160 grams.
