At FCA, we pay great attention to every stage of creating wire harnesses to ensure precision and top-notch quality. Our production processes are based on meticulously planned production routes for each harness, allowing us to meet diverse and often highly specific client requirements. How does this process work? ??
?? Cutting and stripping wires: specialized machines precisely process the wires, ensuring exact dimensions and repeatability of the process.
?? Crimping and tinning: wires are carefully crimped and tinned according to design specifications, providing durable and reliable connections.
?? Twisting and soldering: depending on the application, wires are twisted to enhance resistance to electromagnetic interference and improve electrical contact quality. Soldering allows for strong wire connections and joints resistant to vibrations, especially in cases where terminals are difficult to use.
?? Addressing and labeling: finished wires are properly labeled, simplifying their identification and integration into final devices.
?? Quality control: every wire harness undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets the highest quality standards.
Our ALPHA 565 machine simultaneously cuts the wire to size, strips it to the required length, and either crimps or tins the ends (depending on the required technology). It can also twist and label the wires, offering unparalleled precision and efficiency.
