At Amada India, we're excited to announce the latest innovation in laser cutting technology - the VENTIS AJe Fiber Laser Machine. At its core lies the ground-breaking LBC (Locus Beam Control) technology, a game-changer in the world of laser cutting.

It is the world’s first beam control technology that makes it possible to freely control the trajectory of a laser beam. High intensity single module oscillator with unique beam control patterns depending on the material and sheet thickness helps to achieve unprecedented performance. Available in 4/6kW power.

  • High intensity oscillator coupled with LBC realise fastest cutting speed and quality processing in its class.
  • Reduce piercing time by 1/4th of conventional fiber laser
  • Reduced energy consumption
  • Mild Steel: Materials that are difficult to laser process, such as blast furnace materials and wear-resistant steel sheets, can be cut using the same processing conditions as electric furnace materials.
  • Aluminium: Improved cutting quality and speed with lower cost
  • Stainless Steel: Dross height is significantly reduced compared to conventional fibre lasers.

Machine identifies operator using face recognition function to load the preferred language and privileges. Voice enabled command can reduce setup time to a great extent.

Start-of-work inspection guidance.

A navigation video that allows anyone to perform a start-up inspection according to the procedure.

CO? emissions report function

It is possible to measure CO? emissions for each part and create reports and output files.

Amada Mobile HMI

We can check the status of the processing machine (status, remaining cycle time, on-site video) on our smartphone.?Schedule editing and start/stop can be performed remotely.

Soft joint

This is a new joint that uses the thermal strain generated in the slit to sandwich the product.?It prevents parts from standing up, reduces disassembly time, and reduces man-hours for finishing joint marks.

Smart edge

This is a processing technology that achieves sharp edge quality when processing thick mild steel plates.

LBC flash cut

Using LBC flash cut round hole can be processed at approximately 3.3 times speed.
