FHU Mentorship Program Enters 10th Year
Earlier this month, the 2024 mentorship cohort met in Omaha to kick off the year-long program. Now in its 10th year, FHU's mentoring program helps employees develop leadership skills, nurture a culture of collaboration, increase an employee’s exposure to different aspects of running a firm, enhance career advancement opportunities, and provide resources and advocacy for mentees.
The program also focuses on the non-technical professional development of our staff, such as work/life integration, time management, leadership skills, networking, company culture and ethics.
