FHPW scholarship deadline approaching

The deadline to apply for the Federation of Houston Professional Women Educational Foundation annual scholarship program in around the corner.
“We are so excited to be able to help Texas women achieve their education dreams,” said Dr. Sue Bradshaw, president. “We want to invite women of all ages and educational pursuits to apply for our scholarships. We just require they be attending school in Texas and have at least 30 hours of college credit.”
The FHPW Educational Foundation was formed in 1993 and has awarded more than $400,000 in scholarships over the years.
“It doesn’t matter if the applicant is enrolled in a junior college, undergrad studies or graduate school,” said Bradshaw said. “We have awarded scholarships to women pursuing degrees in everything from education and marketing to the STEM disciplines.”
The deadline to apply is 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2018. Interested parties can complete the application online at www.fhpw.org/ef.
